<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>10.5.2 Stormwater Management </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>In addition to the policies set out in Section 5.6 (Stormwater Management) of this Official Plan, the following policies shall apply to stormwater management within the West Belleville Secondary Plan Area: </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>a) As the West Belleville Secondary Plan Area develops over time, stormwater management facilities will be required to locate throughout the Secondary Plan area, having regard for the Potters Creek Master Drainage Plan Implementation Report Amendment for the West Belleville Secondary Plan, and as conceptually indicated on Appendix ‘D’ (West Belleville Secondary Plan - Stormwater Management Facility Plan) to the Official Plan. The City will also ensure that 227 Appendix A to By-law 2021-180: City of Belleville Official Plan such facilities are located in appropriate locations in consultation with Quinte Conservation during the development review process. These facilities shall be maintained by the City and may include passive recreational uses as part of the overall development of the facility; </SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV> |
