 "description": "<DIV STYLE=\"text-align:Left;\"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>10.4.2 Open Space <\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>a) For lands designated as Open Space in the West Belleville Secondary Plan Area, the policies in Section 3.6 (Open Space) and Section 7.11 (Open Space System) of this Official Plan shall apply; however, those areas denoted as \u2018NP\u2019 on Schedule \u2018B-1\u2019 (West Belleville Secondary Plan \u2013 Land Use Plan \u2013 Urban Serviced Area) are planned to accommodate a new park, whereby: <\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>i) the classification of each new park shall be determined by the City on a case-by-case basis; <\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>ii) the optimal size of the new park shall be determined by the City in accordance with parkland dedication legislation, and in accordance with the City\u2019s Parkland and Recreation Master Plan; and <\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>iii) the final configuration, design (e.g., landscaping, equipment, tree/shade coverage, etc.), and location of the new park may be determined by the City as part of the development approvals process. <\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
